Spring

Winter's gone, and time has flown.

Meddle was met with great success and a wonderful time.

Since then I have also cooked in DC at friend Johnny Spero's popup for his upcoming restaurant, suna. There is a lot to update and today has come as the first "free" day in perhaps two months. I hope to sit down in the coming days and perhaps scribble a few thoughts.

April is lining up to be exciting, with many great events planned.
